About the Role
Most teams are still figuring out how to use AI in development. We already build with it every day.
At Canviz, you'll use Claude Code and similar tools to design, build, and ship features for enterprise clients on Azure, Microsoft 365, and the web. The AI writes a lot of the code. You decide what gets built, how it fits together, and whether it's ready to ship.
You'll work directly with clients, analysts, and architects on a small team where your work reaches production fast. Fully remote, flexible hours, and time to try new tools as they land.
What You'll Do
- Build and ship application features using Claude Code and other AI coding tools
- Break requirements into clear tasks, then review, test, and refine what the AI produces
- Own code quality: architecture, security, performance, and maintainability
- Work with clients, analysts, and architects to turn business needs into working software
- Build reusable prompts, instructions, and workflows that make the whole team faster
- Share what works (and what doesn't) as AI tooling evolves
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years building production web applications
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools
- Strong in C#/.NET or TypeScript/JavaScript, plus SQL
- Experience with Azure and Git-based workflows (Azure DevOps or GitHub)
- Able to read AI-generated code critically and know when to rewrite it
- Clear communicator who can explain a technical decision to a non-technical client
- BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
- Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform experience
- React or Next.js
- Building with LLM APIs (Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) or MCP servers
- Automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
- Consulting or other client-facing project work
