Delivery Consultant

We're looking for someone who takes ownership. When a client project lands on your desk, you run it: you learn the business, shape the requirements, keep the team moving, and make sure what ships is something you're proud of.

You'll be the link between our clients and our development and test team, building applications on Azure, Microsoft 365, and the web. AI is part of how we work. You'll use tools like Claude Code and Claude Cowork to draft requirements, prototype ideas, write test plans, and keep projects moving faster than the old way allowed.

Experience helps, but it isn't everything. If you have the core skills and care about getting the details right, we'll train you on the rest. Fully remote, flexible hours.

• Lead client projects end to end: scope, schedule, status, and delivery
• Run discovery sessions and turn what you hear into clear requirements and user stories
• Work day to day with developers and testers to keep work on track and quality high
• Use AI tools to prototype, write specs and test plans, and speed up delivery
• Run demos, UAT, and triage, and follow issues through to resolution
• Keep clients informed with honest, clear communication, especially when plans change

• Experience leading or coordinating software projects, in any role
• Able to gather requirements and write them up clearly for both clients and developers
• Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or ChatGPT in your day-to-day work
• Solid grasp of how web applications are built, tested, and released
• Strong written and verbal communication, and comfortable in front of clients
• Organized, dependable, and driven to deliver quality work
• BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience

• Consulting or other client-facing delivery experience
• Azure DevOps or Jira for backlogs, sprints, and bug tracking
• Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, or Azure projects
• Agile / Scrum experience
• Some hands-on development or QA background
