The application provides a unified view of all active projects with real-time progress tracking, a mobile-first field reporting tool for on-site teams, automated milestone alerts, and a document management layer for RFIs, submittals, and change orders. The platform was built on Next.js and deployed to Azure with role-based access for project managers, site supervisors, and executives.
Within six months of rollout, the firm reduced average project reporting lag from five days to same-day.
