Canviz built Pulse — a real-time operations dashboard that aggregates telemetry from fleet GPS, warehouse management, and dispatch systems into a single interface. The platform uses Azure Data Factory to stream and normalize data from heterogeneous sources, with Power BI Embedded delivering live KPI tiles, route heatmaps, and hub status panels to dispatchers and executives. A React-based notification layer surfaces actionable alerts when thresholds are breached.
Within 90 days of launch, the operations team identified and resolved three recurring hub bottlenecks that had been invisible under the previous reporting regime. SLA compliance improved from 87% to 96% in the first quarter. Dispatchers reported a 50% reduction in time spent on status calls, and executive reporting shifted from a daily summary cycle to continuous live monitoring.
